How fast can you get here?
Most calls in the West Chester, Mason and north Cincinnati area are reached within the hour. Call and we will give you an honest arrival window before you commit — not a guess.
Do you charge before you start the job?
We give you the price up front, before any tool comes out of the van. If the price changes because the job turns out to be different than described, we tell you first and you decide.
Are you open on weekends and holidays?
Yes. We answer seven days a week, 7am to 11pm, weekends and holidays included.
Can you make a car key if I lost every key?
In most cases yes. We cut and program replacement keys and fobs on site for most makes and models, so there is no tow to the dealership.
Do I have to replace my locks, or can they be rekeyed?
If the hardware is in good shape, rekeying is usually the cheaper answer — same locks, brand new keys, old keys stop working. We will tell you which one your situation actually calls for.
What areas do you cover?
Beckett Ridge, West Chester, Liberty Township, Mason, Fairfield, Hamilton and the wider Greater Cincinnati area. If you are not sure whether you are in range, just call and ask.
What payment methods do you take?
Call and ask before we set off — we will confirm what we accept for your job so there is no awkwardness at the end of it.
Will you need proof that the property or vehicle is mine?
Yes, and you should expect that from any legitimate locksmith. Photo ID plus something linking you to the address or vehicle — a licence, registration, lease or bill — is normally enough.
Can you rekey all my locks to one key?
Usually, yes, provided the cylinders are compatible. It is a common request after a move and it is quick work.
Do you install smart locks?
Yes. We fit and set up keypad and app-controlled locks, check the door prep, connect them and program your codes before we leave.
Do you handle mailbox, cabinet and padlock work?
Yes. Small jobs are welcome — mailbox locks, filing cabinets, storage units, patio doors and garage side doors.
