Home & Apartment Lockouts
Door shut behind you, key snapped in the cylinder, or key lost entirely. We open it without damaging the door where the lock allows, and cut you a fresh key on the spot.

Locked out of the house, moving into a new place, or finally replacing that lock that sticks every winter — we handle the whole range, and we come to you.
Most house calls come down to three things: getting you back inside, making sure only the people you trust have a working key, and upgrading hardware that is past its best. We do all three from a van that already carries the blanks, cylinders and deadbolts.
If your locks are decent hardware, we will tell you to rekey rather than replace — it costs less and does the same job. If they are worn out or the door is not closing right, we will say that too.
Door shut behind you, key snapped in the cylinder, or key lost entirely. We open it without damaging the door where the lock allows, and cut you a fresh key on the spot.
New house, ex-tenant, lost key, contractor who never gave the spare back — rekeying keeps your existing hardware and makes every old key useless in minutes.
New deadbolts, handle sets and strike plates fitted square and tight. We also fix sticking latches, misaligned doors and cylinders that have started to grind.
Keypad and app-controlled locks supplied or fitted, set up on your Wi-Fi, codes programmed and tested — plus a mechanical key backup that actually works.
The small jobs most companies will not drive out for: mailbox locks, filing cabinets, sliding patio doors, garage side doors and storage units.
Grade 2 deadbolts, reinforced strike plates, longer screws into the stud, and a straight answer about which door in your house is the weak one.
We carry the key blanks, programming tools and common hardware in the van — so most jobs are finished on the first visit.
It depends on the lock, the time of day and where you are, so we quote you on the phone before we set off. You will know the number before we start work.
If the hardware is solid, rekey — it is cheaper and every old key stops working immediately. Replace when the locks are worn, mismatched, or you want to upgrade the grade.
In the large majority of cases, yes. Standard residential cylinders can normally be picked or bypassed. If a lock genuinely cannot be opened without damage we tell you before we touch it.
Yes, as long as the cylinders are compatible. Front, back, garage side door and often the storm door can all be keyed alike in one visit.
Yes. We fit the common brands, check the door prep is right, get them on your Wi-Fi and program your codes before we leave.
